Ball Jr. (Poca, West Virginia), born in Fort Knox, Kentucky, who passed away on December 29, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Ball, Sr. and Eileen Mayo Berry Ball; his former wife Barbara Scott Earl Ball; his sister Susan Eileen (Curtis Smith); his grandchildren, Charlie and Jennifer Arthur; his wife Carolyn Ann; his children, Naomi Katrina Starling (Ross) of Belpre, OH, Danielle Nicole "Nicki" Philp (Allen) of Chicago, Karen Patricia Ball of Liberty, William Bradly Ball (Nancy) of Hurricane, Gordon Scott Ball of Poca and Keith Patrick Ball (Sidney) of Poca; his grandson Joshua Witt (Christina) of Fountain, CO; his stepsons, Shawn Edward Parsons (Jennifer) of Buffalo, Joshua Michael Parsons (Sarah) of Minnesota and Jeff Ryan Parsons; and his siblings, Mary Margaret Hutchison (Rosemary) of Brick Township, NJ, Nancy Lee Childers (Jim) of Charlotte, NC and William B. Earl of Montana. He was also cherished by twenty seven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
