He is survived by: his siblings, William Bailey of Red House, Jessie Barnette of Spring Hill and Mary Young of Nitro; his sons, Melvin Bailey of Poca and David Bailey (Patty) of Red House; and his niece Grenada Mangus. He is also survived by Grandchildren and great Grandchildren.
