She was predeceased by: her husband Glen James Cook. She is survived by: her son Glen "Skinny" (Tina Cook); her grandsons, Glen (Andrea Cook), Brian Cook, Clayton and Kelsey Cook; her great grandchild Gabriel Cook; and her sisters, Nellie Gordan and June Brown.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Hubbard Hospice House or Alzheimer's Association.
