She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald E. McNeil and Claribel McNeil; her grandson Derek Legg; and her siblings-in-law, Ed Carter and Betty McNeil.
She is survived by: her husband William "Butch" Legg; her children, Bill Legg (Kelly), David Legg and Michelle Legg-Melton (Scott); her siblings, Jeanette Carter-Forbes (Jerry) and Donald E. McNeil, Jr.; her grandchildren, Amelia Legg-Coleman, Sarah Legg and Dayja Culpepper; and her great grandchildren, Adrian Legg, Alexandra Coleman and Amari Coleman.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Bancroft Church of God Mission 5936 Charleston Rd. Bancroft, WV 25011.
