He is survived by: his grandparents, Bill Farley and Ella Farley; his son Bill Estep; his granddaughter Leigh Ann Estep Ball; his daughter-in-law Shirley Estep of Poca; his granddaughter Kelli Jones of Nitro; his great grandchildren, Sara Jones of Hurricane, Michaela Ball Cook of Florida and Nicolas Ball of Hurricane; and also, Randy Jacobs of Nitro and Tim Ball (Michele) of Culloden.
