He was predeceased by: his wife Edrie J. Martin; his sons, Robert Martin and Dale Martin; and his grandson Daniel Aaron McVay. He is survived by: his children, Jane Smith (Chris), Jonathan Martin (Dean) and Paulette Wright (Dempsey); his grandchildren, Travis Martin, Ross McVay, Joshua Martin, Ashley Stalnaker and Lindsey Bessant; his great grandchildren, Haley Oxley, Brooke Oxley, Eli Martin and Wyatt Bessant; his daughter-in-law Helen Martin; and his close friend Anna Farley.
Honoring Bob's wishes he requested no flowers and the family suggests memorial donations to HospiceCare, 1606 Kanawha Blvd W, Charleston, WV 25387-2536.
