She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry and Dorothy; and her siblings, Butch, Cheri and Charles (Chuck).

She is survived by: her husband Juan Chavez Sr. of Poca; her children, Erica (Reggie) of Charleston and Juan Jr. of Poca; her grandchildren, Mariah, Analisa, Samuel, Gabriel, Henry and Ruth; and her great grandchildren, Josephine, Maya, Valerie and Evette. She is also survived by her family, friends.
