He is survived by: his wife Naomi Baldwin; his daughters, Becky Shelton (Ronnie Page) and Stephanie Baldwin (Richard Vaught); his grandson Ryan Michael Shelton; and his siblings, Woody Baldwin and Louann Simmons.
A reception was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Gatens-Harding Funeral Home (147 Main St, Poca, WV 25159). Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
