He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma; his parents, Gladys Bailey and Adam Bailey; and his siblings, Roy "Buster" Bailey, Loueva Fisher and Frances Haynes.
He is survived by: his children, James K. Bailey (Vickie) of Poca, Jerry W. Bailey (Gail) of Medina and Gladys Redman (Jerry) of Poca; his grandchildren, Karen Patton (Michael) of Hometown, Christy Ward (Denny) of Poca, Jamie Fisher (Jimmy) of Liberty, Josh Bailey of Medina, Jeremiah Bailey (Ashley) of St. Albans, Travis Miller (Kendra) and Alicia Lewis (Todd) of Cross Lanes; and his siblings, Phyllis Hoyt of Chicago, Judy Lockard, Carol Clark of Poca and Maxie Bailey of Poca.
