She was predeceased by: her parents, Shelby Parkins and Bertha Parkins; her husband Otho Dillard; and her son Charlie Dillard. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Dillard of Goldtown, Ivan Dillard (Lorena) of Ripley, Sandra Halstead (Eddie) of Liberty, Loretta Heffinger (Dan) of Poca and Michael Dillard (Tiffany) of Poca; and her great great grandchild Charlie Grace. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Alzheimer's Association.
