She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry "Kippy" Fox and Margaret Kathleen Fox. She is survived by: her children, Pam Minigh of Poca and Paul Minigh of Poca; her stepchildren, Susan Rice (Minigh) of Martinsburg, WV and David Minigh of Ft. Belvoir, Virginia.; and her niece Laura Garrett. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests a donation made in Connie's name to Hubbard Hospice House or Nitro Presbyterian Church.
