He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobert Tillis and Beulah Tillis of Poca. He is survived by: his siblings, Audrey Arthur, Ruby Luikart and James Tillis; his wife Virginia Tillis; his sons, Charles D. Tillis, William S. Tillis and Steven P. Tillis; and his siblings, Lottie Phillips, Evelyn Hill and Otho Tillis. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
