He is survived by: his children, Jaydon Kelley of St. Albans, Brigitte Kelley of Charleston, Beth Jackson of Charleston and Cayley Jackson of Charleston; his siblings, Melissa Lee (William) of South Carolina, Jennifer Rinehart of Weston, Ricky Kelley (Laurie) of Myrtle Beach and David Kelley of South Charleston; his grandchildren, Ava Frame, Sebastian Frame, Karson Burke, Karter Burke, Alora Dunn and Noah Dunn; and his nieces and nephews, Courtney Adkins, Haylee Rinehart, Kaylee Rinehart, William Lee, Ausin Kessell and Cameron Lee. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
