She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Phipps and Verneda Osborne Phipps; her husband Harry Morgan; her sisters, Dorothy Sloane and Louise Marcum; her nephew Michael Stater; and her niece Patricia Stater Britton.
She is survived by: her boyfriend Walton Carter; her nieces, Barbara Evans, Sandra Obenshain, Linda Stater and Linda Holland; and her nephew Robert Mitchell. She is also survived by several great nieces and great nephew and great, great nieces and nephews.
