It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shanna Lee Hayworth of Pipestem, West Virginia, born in Fairlea, West Virginia, who passed away on December 31, 2023, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Jerry Lee Hayworth; and her grandparents, Roger, Shirley Mills, Edgar "Willie" and Ruth Hayworth.

She is survived by: her mother Suzanna Lynn Mills Carr of Pipestem; her stepfather Gregory Carr; her children, Camerin Mikeal Hayworth and Channing Roger Hayworth; and her siblings, Taylor Mills and Ciera Farley.
