She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Ray and Hazel Hull Ray; her husbands, Newton Bishop and Richard McNeer; her daughter Helen Hull Keefer; her brother Ervin Ray; and her sisters-in-law, Sandy Ray and Sylvia Ray.
She is survived by: her siblings, Leroy Ray (Georgetta) of Melbourne, FL., Enos Ray (Linda) of Hancock, MD., Jerry Ray of Hancock, MD., James 'Wompy Ray of Berkeley Springs, WV. and Carolyn Keefer (Bernard) of Falling Waters, WV.; and her son-in-law David Keefer of Hancock, MD.. She is also survived by one grandson, Terry Farris, Ohio; three great grandchildren.
