He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Steven Radford and Frances Martin Radford. He is survived by: his wife Sonya Elaine Maag Radford of Pipestem; his children, Diane Elaine Radford of Piney View, WV and Donald Ray Radford of Orlando, FL; and his brother Okey Steven Radford of Bristol, VA.. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
