He is survived by: his children, Ralph Dean Pettrey (Ellen) of White Oak, Ronnie Keith Pettrey of Talcott and Robin Cook (David Thompson) of Beaver; and his grandchildren, Kevin, Kristen Cook and Colleen Pettrey. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
