She is survived by: her husband Raymond "Butch" Cox, Jr.; her daughters, Sandy Pettrey (Wayne) of Dobson, NC and Tammy Doyle (Jeff Trout) of Pipestem; her siblings, Clarence "Buddy" Sampson of Pipestem and Ruby Thompson (Clayton) of Pipestem; her grandchildren, Alex, Corey Doyle, Autumn Deppner (Edward) and Austin Pettrey; and her great grandchildren, Toby and Cole Pettrey.
