He is survived by: his daughters, Beth Adkins of Parkersburg and Megan Affeld; his grandchildren, Leah Adkins, Tommi Adkins, Mathew Affeld, Emma Affeld and Morgan Affeld; his great grandchild Sawyer Jacob Affeld; his sister Anne Carico; and his uncle Frank.
