We are sad to announce that on July 9, 2021, at the age of 76, Hilda Lee Kennedy of Pipestem, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Mac Baldwin and Eugenia Halsey Baldwin; and her sisters, Dreama Baldwin and Alice Gore. She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Cole; her son-in-law Norman of Athens; her grandsons, Norman Cole, IV of Raleigh and Calvin Cole of Athens; and her siblings, Sandra Alston of Seattle, Shelia Ware (Michael) of Knoxville, Tennessee and Byron Baldwin of Nimitz.

Her impact was felt near and far conducting church services, travelling to Central America on mission trips, facilitating mission work groups to McDowell County, and organizing outreach programs like food donation pantries, clothing assistance, community Christmas gift parties, or any other service where there was a need.
