He is survived by: his wife Tonia Porter Patton; his children, Randall Patton, Donald Patton, Kenneth Vinson and Sarah Wendell; and his siblings, Randall Patton, Richard Patton, Drema Jessie, Joyce Martin and Sharon Whitt. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.
