He is survived by: his wife Anita Richmond Phillips; his children, Andrew Phillips of Pipestem, Hilary Phillips of Pipestem and Windy Phillips of Pipestem; his siblings, James Phillips (Evelyn) of Meadow Bridge, WV and Shirlene Smith (Jerry) of Christiansburg, VA; his siblings-in-law, Dale Ann Richmond of Princeton and Perry Richmond (Karmin) of Princeton; and his nieces and nephews, Jenna Gilmore of Charleston, SC, Angie Butler (Chris) of Pipestem, James Phillips (Barbie) of Danese, WV, Brandon Smith of Christiansburg, VA, Corey Yancey (Desiree) of Harrisonburg, VA, Nick Cooper (Wendy) of Winfield, WV and Erich Gill (Victoria) of Hinton.
