He was predeceased by: his parents, William Calvin Blevins (Babe) and Cleo; and his siblings, Ezra Blevins, Gerald Blevins, Rodney Blevins, Harley Blevins, Christine Kincaid, Eleanor Forren and Lennie "Jean" Blake.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Blevins; his stepsons, John Alexander (Kristie) and Michael Alexander (Kathy); his grandchildren, Keylie Alexander, Kourtney Alexander and Jacoby Alexander; and his siblings, Julia Mallet, Alliene Johnson (Norris), Darleen Willis (Mike), Henry Blevins (Barbra) and Rondal "Winky" Blevins (Arlene). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, neighbors, and friends.
