She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Bailey and Bessie Hunt Bailey; and her husband Rodney Bell. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Bell of Piney View and Amber Hammond (Brian) of Piney View; her grandsons, Mason, Cody Hammond of Piney View and Keith Hammond; her sister Carolyn Jo Fox of Climax, NC; her nephew Steven Fox of Piney View; and her cousins, Carol Jean Grant and Polly Maiolo.
