He is survived by: his wife Patricia Pack Lilly; his children, Justin Lilly of Huntington and Kelsey Pack (Curtis Lusk) of Beckley; his grandson Conan Lusk; his siblings, Randy Lilly (Donita) of Beckley, Peggy Ellison (David) of Kannapolis, NC and Jacqueline Bennett (Ray) of Petrolia; and his brothers-in-law, Charles Pack Jr. of Ghent, Richard Pack (Cindy) of Jacksonville, FL, Billy Pack (Synthia) of Jacksonville, FL and David Reed of Piney View.
