He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl William O'Neal and Blanche Susan O'Neal; his wife Brenda Biggs O'Neal; and his son Carl Wesley O'Neal. He is survived by: his children, Steve Miller (Nanci), Daniel O'Neal (Becky), Mike O'Neal (Missy) and Jeannie Earp (Jimmy); his brother-in-law Bobby Biggs; his sisters, Bettie Gillian of Piney View and Janice Adkins (Leon) of Gatewood; and his close friend Little Foot. He is also survived by 14 grandkids; 24 great grandkids.
