He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Jackson and Genieva Starcher Paugh; and his daughters, Patricia Davis, Peggy Ashley, Pam Angle and Beth Walker.
He is survived by: his wife India Brown Paugh; and his son Jerry Paugh (Ronda). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
