He is survived by: his children, Susan Powell (Randy) of Wake Forest, NC, Debby Clay (Ray) of Saulsville, WV, Greg Goode (Heather) of Wake Forest, NC and Wesley Goode (Sandra) of Wake Forest, NC.; his siblings, Joe Goode of Pineville and Francis Byrd of Pineville, WV.; his grandchildren, Ashley Higgins (Jon), Andrew Powell, Kamden Powell, Samantha Clay, Savannah Hall (Logan), Senetha Thornton (Derick), Madison Goode, Evan Goode, Kathryn Goode and Wyatt Goode; and his great grandchildren, Lily, Alexander Higgins, Sydney, Gage, Jake Powell, Sailor, Deacon and Roman Thornton.
