He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Jack and Minnie Morgan Moody; and his sisters, Nancy Miller and Julia Blankenship. He is survived by: his children, Cassidy Jack Moody, Rachel Moody Crotts and Katrina Moody; his grandchildren, Dylan, Domanick, Mira, Zackary, Raven, Preston and Wesley; and his siblings, Glen Williams, Jackqueline Blankenship and Patsy Bishop.
