It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Smith of Pineville, West Virginia, born in Mullens, West Virginia, who passed away on November 28, 2021, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Delilah Johnson Smith; and his sister Alicia "Pooh" Ellis. He is survived by: his father Stephen Darrell Smith of Pineville; his children, Cody Smith (Melissa) of North Carolina and Belle Smith of Pineville, Four; his grandchildren, Zoey, Kaiden, Lilly and Bentley Smith of North Carolina; and his wife Tara Ann McCaig. He is also survived by 6 nieces, 2 nephews and several Aunts, Uncles, and cousins.
