He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Halsey Hager of Pineville; his daughter Tammie Lynne Hager Short; his son-in-law Jeff Short of Charleston; his daughter Vanessa Ann Hager of Pineville; his siblings, Larry Hager of Beckley and Betty Ann Warren of Tennessee; his children, Haydn Belcher and Alexander Akers of Pineville; and his close friend Boots.
