She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland Cook Sr. and Flora Jane Pendry Cook; her husband Ronald Cook; and her siblings, Buell Cook, Robert Cook, Audrey Cullup, Anice Blevins, Gladys Williams and Shirley Morgan.
She is survived by: her children, Deneice Bledsoe (Gary), Rebecca Cole (Bryan), Cheryl Lyons (Greg), Annette Burton and Ronda Ridner; her grandchildren, Ian Bledsoe, Josh Lyons (Jessica), Heather McKinney, Ashley Ridner, Nikki Reynolds (Kenny), William Cole and Kevin Cole; her great grandchildren, Autumn Lyons, Mia Bledsoe and Kaylan Reynolds; her brothers, Arlis Cook and Garland Cook Jr.; and her caregivers, Sandra, Amanda, Lana, Katie, Nursing of Wyoming and Rehab.
