He was predeceased by: his parents, Brooks Nichols and Gertrude Walker Nichols; his wife Vesta; his daughter Diane Bowen; and his son-in-law Brian Hall.
He is survived by: his daughter Nancy Hall; his granddaughter Heather Bateman (Chris); his brother Brooks Nichols; his nephews, Barry Nichols and Wayne Nichols; his caregiver Kara Lester; and also Miken.
