She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Dot and Euna Farley Bishop; her husband Huey Horn; and her siblings, Marion, Vestal "Beck", Franklin D. Jr., Juanita Umbarger, Emma Lou Butler, Dolly Hume Wilma Pascone and Sue Howell.
She is survived by: her children, John of Edmond, WV, Zeb of Beckley, WV and Peni Adams (Chris) of Pineville, WV; her grandchildren, Branden Adams (Amanda), Dylan Adams (Rachel), Zachary Horn and Hailey Horn (Joe Graham); her great grandchildren, Landon Adams, Mark Adams and Zoey Adams; and her brother William "Bill" Bishop (June Brown) of Beckley, WV.
