She was predeceased by: her parents, Chelmer "Dick" Harold and Chloe Genova Anderson (King); her husband G. Raymond Rice; and her brother John L. Anderson. She is survived by: her son Garold "Jeff" Rice (Donnah) of Pine Grove, WV; her siblings, George Anderson of Pine Grove, WV, Dolly Starkey (Robert) of Richmond, OH and Doris; her granddaughter Heather Hamm (Travis) of Davis, WV; and her great grandchildren, Jayden Hamm and Baby Biscuit. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
