He is survived by: his father Vencin Harlan; his wife Angie Harlan (Root); his son Philip Harlan (Dessie); his grandchildren, Walker and Willow; and his siblings, Susie Thomas (Rick), Stephanie Harlan (Leanna) and Shawn Harlan (Jamie).
