He is survived by: his siblings, Roland Willey (Stella) of Alaquippa, PA, Virgil "Man" Willey of Pine Grove, WV, Harold Willey of Clarksburg, WV, Jerry Willey of Clayton, WV and Annita Higgins (John) of New Martinsville, WV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
