She was predeceased by: her parents, James Fluharty and Lydia Fluharty (Headley); her husband Richard "Dick" Derby; and her sister Daisy Gainer. She is survived by: her children, Crystal Blake (Edwin) of Pine Grove, Carey Smith (Mike) of Paden City, Michael Derby (Emma) of Hundred, Jamie Derby (Jennifer) of Coburn and Scottie Derby (Ashley) of Coburn; her grandchildren, Richard, Brittany, Mickayla, Tabitha, Anthony, Marissa, Lydia and Abby; and her great great grandchildren, Merri, Michael and Baby Lambert.
