He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Titus and Audra V. Titus (Wildman); his daughter Shelby Titus; his brother James E. Titus; his son-in-law Mike Winans; his brother-in-law Don McDougal; his daughter-in-law Patty Blake; and his brother-in-law Bill Lemasters.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Titus (Starkey); his children, David Blake of Sardis, OH, Johnny D. Titus (Connie) of North Fork, WV and Marlene Winans (Blake) of North Fork, WV; his sisters, Edna Lemasters, Rebecca "Sue" Thomas (Ron) and Carol Jean McDougal; and his sister-in-law Donna Titus. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
