He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Dulaney and Doris Jean Dulaney (Wildman); and his sister Diana Lynn Weekley. He is survived by: his sisters, Teresa Baker (Mike) of Pricetown, WV, Helen Dulaney of Wileyville, WV and Lisa Stoneking (Bill) of Coburn, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
