He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Urcie and Edna Mae Rice (Dunlap); and his siblings, Ray Rice and Earlene Leasure. He is survived by: his wife R. June Rice (Brown); his children, Erik Rice (Tammy) of MacClenny, FL, Tara Ueltschy (Bryan) of Pine Grove, WV and Tena Rice (Cathy Eastham) of Middlebourne, WV; his brother Jerry Rice (Jean) of Douglasville, GA; his grandchildren, Megan Ross (Andrew), Zachery Ueltschy (Magen), Cassie Ueltschy, Ezra Rice (Larissa), Abigayle Rice, Joralda Rice and Romana Rice; and his great grandchildren, Jayden, Gianna, Mischa, Kylie, Rylee, Ophelia and Betti. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
