She was predeceased by: her mother Charlotte Shepherd (Headley). She is survived by: her father David L. Shepherd; her pet Patrick; her cousin Patrick Shepherd of Middlebourne, WV; her close friend Crystal Gilk of Paden City, WV; and also Susan Buskirk (Chris) of Morgantown, WV. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
