He is survived by: his wife Loretta Roberts (Floyd); his sons, Charles Roberts, III (Cindy) of Pine Grove, WV and Jason Roberts (Kori) of Ohio; his stepchildren, Jamie Shaw (Jonathan) of Wheeling, WV, Lucy Thompson (Leo) of Weirton, WV, Missy White (Tim) of Pine Grove, WV, Danny Streets (Collette) of Pine Grove, WV and Tim Streets of New Martinsville, WV; and his siblings, Greg Roberts (Joyce) of East Liverpool, OH, Rick Roberts (Terry) of Reader, WV and Nancy Robinson of New Martinsville, WV. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
