She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Brooks and Sarah G. George (Miller); her husband Don Martin; her sons, Mike Martin (Gina Pearse) and Terry Martin (Robyn); her grandchildren, Jordan, Alexandra, Evan, Dylan, Emma-Rae, Justin and Abraham; her great grandchildren, DeAnna and Ariya; and her brother Bob George (Kathy).
