He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Bailey; and his parents, Carl Bailey and Adabelle Bailey. He is survived by: his son David Bailey (Debbie); his siblings, Lee Bailey, Mike Bailey, Bill Conn Bailey, Paul Bailey, John Bailey and Anna Ruth Hawley; and his grandchildren, Adam Bailey and Madelyn Bailey.
