She was predeceased by: her husband Carroll Osborne; and her siblings, Mary Sigmon, Denver Mace, Gordon and Tuffy.
She is survived by: her siblings, Janet Elmore (Floyd) of Pinch, Connie Myers of Poca, Charles Mace of Nitro and Arthur Mace (Bonnie) of Charleston; her children, Gerald Osborne (Gwen) of South Charleston, David Osborne Sr. of Pinch and Randy Osborne Sr. of Pinch; her grandchildren, Randy Osborne, Jr., Ketra Summerfield (George) and David Osborne, Jr.; her wife Amanda; and also, Doug Osborne (Amy) and Anna Osborne. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
