It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leo Elkins (Pinch, West Virginia), who passed away on October 6, 2018, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Edward Elkins and Wilma Elizabeth Elkins; his daughter Tammi Elkins of Sherri Massey; his sister JoAnn Clark of Georgia Brewer; his sister-in-law Rachel Elkins; and his great grandchild Sadie Jo.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Elkins; his stepchildren, Soni Huffman, Jo Livingston and Tommy Livingston; his grandchildren, Hunter Massey, Keven Pitsenbarger, Hannah Hoelscher, Colbie Pitsenbarger, Jacob Huffman, Cole Livingston and Dyllan Livingston; his great grandchildren, Chase Workman and Khloe Hoelscher; and his siblings, Arthur Ray Elkins of San Angelo, TX and Earnestine (Tom).
