He is survived by: his wife Freda Holbrook; his children, Jeri Lynn Yoho (Jeff), Jeffrey Holbrook (Regina) and Sherry Cole (Kelly); his siblings, Mary Ann, Troy, Nancy, Nora and Bonnie; his grandchildren, Taylor Cole, Travis Cole and Sarah Maynard; and his great grandchildren, Ceno Riley, Torin Cole and Gavin Hawk.

“I am so very sorry to hear of Jerry's passing. I have wonderful memories of Jerry, his family, his parents, his brothers and sisters as I met them all in 1966 when my brother Charlie married Bonnie, Jerry's sister. We made many memories together over the 55 years. He will not be forgotten as we will all have Jerry stories to share. Hugs and prayers to all of his family.
