She is survived by: her children, Timothy Paul Shafer (Lou Ann), Thomas Dale Shafer (Mary Jo) and Tamela Jill Miller (Timothy); her grandchildren, Sarah Louise Shafer, Elisabeth Lea Shafer, Jameson Graham Shafer (Chelsea), Grace Marie Salyards (Jared), Emily Danielle Darnell (Greg) and Rachel Shae Miller; and her great grandchildren, Graham Isaac Shafer, Dawson James Shafer, Lilly Anne Salyards and Alice Kimberly Salyards.
